Changing Hosts, and download/restoring databases.

Guelila
Hello.
I ordered a new hosting, and I want to move my hosting from here to there, adn take all my databases, like my forum, subdomains and stuff.
I loged in to my cpanel, went to "backup" then I went to "Generate/Download a Full Gackup" and I generated a backup, then downloaded.
Now, I noticed that the size of the backup file was 9MB, when my database size is 40MB.

Now at my new host.
I log in to cpanel, go to "backup" then now what do I do??
How do I restore the backup file?

Questions

Bondings
Does your new host have cpanel? If yes, then does it have an option to restore full backups? (on the backup page)

If this isn't the case, then you will need to move the databases and files seperately. On the backup page, just click on the database name and a download of the file should start. On your new host, after creating a database (without content, tables, just username/password) upload that sql file in phpMyAdmin. For the files it might be a bit more work.
