A free Windows Explorer replacement. Doesn't have anything to do with Windows XP as far as I can tell and I'm running it on Windows 2000.
Couple things it does that makes me very happy:
1) Puts lines across between rows. Makes it easier to line up and read across to the file size and dates.
2) Shows the size of folders in directory listings. Great if you are trying to fre up some space on a drive.
3) You can copy the file name to clip board with or without the full path or file info.
4) Wildcard selects
5) File spliting/rejoining
6) Tabbed screens like Firefox

P.S. I found this through StubleUpon.com which I found through this forum. I LOVE StumbleUpon.com.
