I would say that sweet looking is a matter of opinion.
Secondly, I am not quite sure of what you are asking. Are you merely taking a survey as to who is competent in web design, or are you looking to get someone to make you a tempate?
As of now, this post is looking rather useless to me.

no im looking for a gaming template
If it's a gaming website I would recommend looking at http://clantemplates.com even though they are clan templates, with a little work you can remove the clanniness part from it.
