About MP3s

I have read your Terms of Service regarding MP3s. I understand that you have restricted any uploading of mp3s to the host servers to avoid piracy.

I have a question though, if MP3 files are needed to play as background music for a webpage, would you consider streaming of mp3s?

Just a thought.

I really don't understand about all the fuss to do with Music uploads Bondings gives some users permissions to upload things as long as its theres, and if its not a massive file size.

Why don't people just upload elsewhere and then link it in your website?

or

Why not go to one of these sites that offer free music to put on your site?:

Sharing or linking to Commercial music (for that matter, anything which is being shared without permission) is piracy.
Which is a very good reason to disallow them.

And webpage background music is no different.

It doesn't only need to belong to you, but also needs to be made by you. The fact that you bought a cd, doesn't change the fact that you are not allowed to redestribute it in any way.
