is there any program to make newsletters? i make them on dreamweaver but i still don't know how to do to send them in html

the process is this:
collect all email addresses
put them in a text file
use a mass-mailer to send the same message to all the emails in the .txt
preferably find one that supports sending html messages if you need to include graphics and such.

There are load out there, you just have to search.
I recommend rather using MailBoy (which is free software) or Sparklite (which are a freewebs service that provide lots of other things.

You could try using a webbased solution, so that your users can add and remove themselves, or get it automated.
