You could probably configure your account with the respective ad companies to send payment via a method other than Paypal. I don't use Citika or StormPay, just Google Adsense (for now at least).
Is Adsense good ?
I find it to be good. Bondings uses it, so it must be good. If you are looking for a non-Paypal paid ad system, then I think Adsense is a logical choice, they'll pay via checks and I believe bank transfer.
