I didn't say anything about continents by the way. I just mentioned all the parts of the world and most people call them continents. But in fact Europe, Africa and Asia are on the same continent in that way.
Some people call Australia, New Zealand and other small islands Oceania.
And people do live on Antarctica. Ok, scientists, but they are considered human too!
Just imagine yourself living in Antarctica during the winter. A night of 6 months and very very cold outside. What else are you able to do than to browse the internet and build a website?

The contest, dubbed the "Green Oscar," is organized by the British-based International Federation of Park and Recreation Administration. The annual event aims to enhance environmental management, promote exemplary city planning and improve people's living conditions.
As its tradition, the contest inspects five environmental management aspects such as beautification of the landscape, heritage management, environment protection, community involvement and landscape planning. It divides the contestants into five groups according to their populations and awards them respectively.
Applications are open globally and the contest is expected to attract more than 40 cities and 200 representatives around the world. In the year 2000, 43 cities in 23 countries took part in the competition.
Shenzhen is the first Chinese city to earn such an honour, thanks to its strenuous efforts to build a picturesque city since its establishment.

Well I live in Australia. Lifes ok but it gets Relly hot in the summer and kind of cold in the Winter. Personaly I think that Autumn is the best beacause we have lots of trees at school and at home and everwhere.

I live in the North America, in US. I like living here because it's really fun and schools' great. It's great here with many different people in the area and the homes are cosy, at least in Texas ^_^. I don't think there would be a better home than here.

Anyway, I like living here because the climate is more moderate than in the rest of the country and of course I'm always close to the sea, so I never have to endure several hours of traffic on a sunny day. It also comes in handy when looking for a summer job, I just did a month as lifeguard on the beach.

But the greatest thing about Canada is that we are not crowded (except in big cities but is not comparable to New-York or Tokyo)... we have something like one inhabitant per kilometer square (Canada is 30 millions kilometers-square and has 30 millions people).
And the other marvelous thing about Canada is the landscapes. They are breathtaking. We have got beautiful golden reds in fall, white silver lands with snow-covered green pines in winter.... In British Columbia, there are the Rockies, which I haven't seen yet but intend to.
Moreover, I consider myself pretty safe here. Low terrorism activities, low crime rate, compared to the US. I am not scared to walk alone in the streets at night.
The only "bad" thing is that it does get cold in winter, but that's when we go to Cuba or Mexico!

Where I live (Comodoro Rivadavia) is not particularly beautiful (except for the sea that nobody actually bothers to stop and enjoy the view in their hectic days...). It is very cold in the winter (the other way round down here!!!), and too windy (though at least it is not so hot) - I mean extremely windy. But not all Patagonia is as desolate... the Andes is better; actually the Patagonian area montain range of the Andes is absolute paradise (and not too far... about 800 km from where I live). So whenever I have some spare days... I rush to Esquel or El Bolsón!!!!

I'm originally from the Philippines, but grew up and lived in Jersey City, New Jersey (aka New York City's 6th Borough, to my eyes, at least) until I moved out west to Los Angeles, California for college at the University of Southern California (GO TROJANS!).

I live in the United States......Alabama to be exact. I love it here. The weather is nice and warm and the view is gorgeous! I love the countryside even though I am a bit of a city girl. There are alot of things said about Alabama, but not all are true. There are a few rednecks of course but the whole teeth thing..I've never quite understood where that came from. I live close to the Alabama/Tennessee border so all that might be true a little farther down south. I love living here though!
I live in Santa Rosa (1 hour north of San Francisco) and one of my favorite things about living here is being near the ancient redwood forests. (Sometimes I even almost feel like an iwok )

The weather (I live in Melbourne - and coz it's summer it's like 37 one day and 26 the next... I mean, it was 43 on NYE - nad yes I am talking celcius), the beach, the culture (relaxed, footy - afl, surf-culture, freedom without being over-patriotic, the world's best drinking water, variety of landscape (city 10 mins one way, snow another 3 hours in that direction, and the beach 10 mins in the other), the punk scene (there's at least *something* on every week-end), our accent, and well, it's just awesome being an Aussie

I'm in the Springfield, Ohio area of the United States, and it is CRAZY around here. CRAZY thunderstorms and crap. Like seriously. One strike of lightning last night at about 4 AM was SO close to the house that not only did it temporarily take out the power, but the explosion of the air around the lightning was so loud that it woke me up. I then stayed awake, watching and listening to the lightning until I got bored and fell back asleep. It was pretty cool, as long as I wasn't actually hurt at all.
Melbourne. Best place on Earth, four seasons in a day. A really good graffiti stencil scene down here.

Why do I like living here, well it is not at jammed backed as other places even in big cities. I love 10 minutes form the center of Brisbane and it is still a very quite place with lots of green.
All so when you say you are form Australia in a chat room, every one says how much they would like to be there.
Big problem is I have not seen much of Australia as a whole :(
