Okay, I need custom web design more or less. Although I do know how to code HTML, Im simply too busy to sit there for nine hours coding. I am attempting to make a graphics site, so I obviousy provide pics. Basically, teh list of stuff I will provide and I need you to code is below. Name your price and give an example of a site YOU coded. I will earn the frih$ so long as its reasonable.
I provide:
-any and all graphics (headers, navigation bars, menus, backgrounds just tell em what I need and the size.)
- I will code the text and stuff but not the menu bars
You need:
-to code one of those scrolling blog thingies
-code the layout including preset CSS, but I will change them to want
-to make me a flash intro and menu bar.
Is this too much to ask? Its basically a layout with the graphics already provided.

Well ok im a site designer here is my site http://omnis.co.nr or http://xit.frih.net if you will it is all made with the help of Dreamweaver. The Marquees are hand coded (scrolling words) I will do the nav my self but i suggest that you hold on and see my compition so that your site wont blow op in your face. So one my be more skilled that me. but i am willing.
CSS flash and HTML no problem for me PHP takes time thats all i know
and as to date you seem to be on the poor side... yeah, I know. but that should go up once I finally get around to writing some tutorials. I'll stick it out for awhile and keep in mind!

Uh show me the layout. Then Ill tell my price. But you can expect about 100f$ for each hour of work I have to put in.
Ill make a table less design, unless its too complicated, using css.well, the thing is, Im not sure exactly what the size specifications are.
HEre can I show you a quick screen of what I want the layout to look like? And I should do tiling background, right?

Do you really want that big header? Com on that takes half the screen space leaving no room for content.
As soon as you are decided on the layout send me a link so that I can take a shot on it. It's a graphics site, might as well start it with a gigantic graphic. *shrugs* I'll probably change my headers anyway, so for now, that'll do.

Everything is in there. I would need a dropdown menu bar, and basic layout coding. For where the text is supposed to go, just put link here or text here or something like that, is what IM thinking. My plan is for a shout box and some credits to go on the right of the little bar in the background for 160 pixels. And I would like 64 px margins on either end? I want updates in the blog, and the menu to be right below the header. The buttons with the white on top are the original pics, then the content. Im assuming you'll use frames right? SO one for navigation and one for content and of course the page itself? Could you give me a quote on this? 
I never use frames. (If you wanna know why, ask me).
The cost will be 100f$ and you will have to allow a small credit of "coded by shabda", but Im kinda busy right now, so it might take some time. Also can you mail me a zip of all the pics at shabda (at) yahoo.co.in.

frames are horrible. I can't give an example of my work, since i haven't done much design work recently. in all reality, i can do pretty much anything using xhtml/css. i'm beginner-intermediate with php (if you've seen miniBB, i can code to about that level). I've been using photoshop for ~10 years, and anything I make in that I put on the web using complete web standards (http://www.w3.org).

Erm. Well Im not quite sure. Most people that will end up visiting it are other graphic designers wth super fast modems, but what do you reccomend? Right, that expalins why I cant send it.

Do you mean dropdown or rollover? The images of buttons you gave me, two each, so I assume you want rollover effects.Ok finaly I got to your layout. Not my mistake friend, coz the frihost server 2 was down. Its working now and you can see it. Anyway ill not be online again for a week. SO if you need anythging modified it can only be after a week.
BTW, in the template if you have too little text then, the picture wont show up completely, So if you need you can add line breaks, <br /> tags, to it.

Would there be anyway to put my back ground and header in? Could you move the buttons to under the header and put the blog underneath those while leaving room for a 160 pixle width shoutbox? and maybe a bit of a text menu to the left? The background lines should already fit the presitiques. If this is impossible, please let me know. Nice to know you like it. Sorry for replying late, but i was on vacation.
It can be done. Can you send me a mockup of how you would like it, so draw it and send me a pic and ill see what I can do. But you may have to wait coz im not at my collage and so cant access net as frequently.
