You mean hosting a fan site? If you mean, that, then it's allowed.

But for a patch i'll need to put a ".gpf" file (like .rar) on it... Will I get banned?
I don't think you would. How big is the patch file?
I don't think they are allowed to unusually large files. Make sure you remember you only have 10GB of bandwidth a month and 250MB of space.

If you own the file (ie, you have full copyrights to it or have permission to host it). Then it's allowed.
