InnoDB, will we ever get it? I vaugely remember it being an option in phpmyadmin at one point. I suppose it might be considered slow. I would quite like a table capable of transations. I think berkeleyDB can do this too. I only have two tables I want to do this to.

I might outsource the MySQL servers (there are some free MySQL server) but I'm not sure if that would end up slower due to it being on different network leaving the php interpreter hanging for a bit.

(Also I am definatly NOT complaining, just in case that could be thought.)
