you could look at www.download.com for ideas i'm not sure how simple of an audiomixer you will be able to find..i thought fruityloops was pretty good and fun

Virtual DJ is the best mp3 remix software (that I know)
have heard decent reviews about clubdj dunno havent tested it out yet
