Iran Earthquake felt in Dubai!
I live in the United Arab Emirates, which is to the south of the epicentre of the recent Iran earthquake; along the faultline that is under the Persian Gulf.
I am not sure what the magnitude was at the epicentre, but we in Dubai noticed that the big, tall skyscrapers along the Sheikh Zayed Road were swaying slightly.
One of my good friends who lives in a tower of apartments in nearby Ajman claims that his reading lamp had fallen off the desk and doors were creaking open and closed for about 6 minutes!
Thankfully no one was hurt and everyone in most of the towers in the UAE was evacuated quickly, resulting in no injuries
