They look like the icons they use at the Olympics for their events. I don't know if they have an official name, but sports icons seems to be suitable.

Just google and search for theme icons...
If you seek good you'll find good websites...
I think i got some to, but those are more like computer icons...

You might want to try a webmaster clipart website......
They sometime have free graphics like those....just type the subject you want
