How would I add an invision board to my page, If I were to create a new forum page, then throw in the php coding for it, would it look spiffy, or is that entirly illegal to do?

AFAIK hosting invision power poards is illegal here. Use SMF/ PHPbb instead. If you are unsure of how to go about this ask someone in marketpalce to do it for you for a small amount of f$.
Indeed if you do mean Invision power Board then you cant use on Frihost sorry.
