Outlook Express Deleting Attachments !

Friends,
Off late there has been a strange thing happenning to my Computer. While donloading mails from the internet I found that My Outlook express is deleting .doc/.tiff and many other files that were send to me by my friends without even asking m.

Please let me know, how to stop Outlook Express from doing so ?? Rolling Eyes

I had the same problem.

First go to tools on the top menu.
Next go to options which should be right down the bottom of the menu.
Then open the "security" tab.
And under the sub-heading virus protects, uncheck the last check box which is labeled "Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus.

I have noted down your point and changed my outlook express setting as instructed by you. I will let you know , in this column if that dosen't helps .
