They only give us a few visitors per month. They really don't get much traffic and shouldn't deserve a sticky in my opinion.
We got 28 clicks from them this month. You also need to deduct 20-50% of that for repeated clicks. It's not that I don't care about it - I voted for them myself - but it's really not worth it. A single link in a forum thread about free hosting gets us more visitors than that.
Also, at the moment we're getting over 25 new requests each day. This is really pushing our limits and the account creators have a hard time to handle them as you might have noticed by a long waiting time before your request got accepted. We really don't need more visitors at the moment.
