Does anybody have any turkey recipes out there. I have two whole extra turkeys due to family having travel problems.

Just cut the meat off of them and you can make sandwich's with them, or you can fry the little chicken pieces and make a sandwich with them they taste real good or you can put it in salad and have a little turkey salad.

I turned most of the turkey into turkey salad like chicken salad. I tried frying it up but it just became rock hard and turned into turkey jerky. Maybe I invented something.
Don't forget Turkey Pies. They're like meat pies, but with turkey instead, and veggies. I don't know how my mom makes them, but I could probably find out and post it here. You can make a bunch of those and them freeze them
