I got a couple of invites after the first one. I appreciate your help everyone. There seems to be something wrong with my Gmail account and Orkut. Each time I try and sign up, after the unsuccessful previous signup, I get an error, I check my account settings, it appears that I have signed up and am a user of Orkut, but when I try to sign in, I get the same error page. So, I'm going contact Google and Orkut about this directly and see if they can't fix my account. And if they can't then I probably won't bother with orkut. Thanks again everyone for your help.
