Do you have a movie collection? I do! The big majority of the movies I own are about vampires, ghosts and zombies. From humoristic to plain, pure horror. My favorite is Fearless vampire killers (omg, old but so funny) and the Subspecies series. Yes I do there are better horror movies but something in those old ones just make me cherish them. I wish there were more horror movies with a good storyline and not a simple gore and nudity script.

i have 350 movies.

you could say that! i have about 300-400films!
every genre you want i have at least one film! but most of them are films that makes you think!
I have very fre movies...Not even 8-9.
I never watch movies. After my firend started giving me DivX movies, I was never interested in watching movies. 
I have 150 DVD's.
And some 300 DivX.
The main reason is I work with cinema.
So, from time to time, I need some specific kind of shots for reference.
I want to make a big collection, but not now.
Now I have had 30 movies in MPEG4 format (done with nero- medium quality) in 5 DVDs. Many of them are in my language, and only 11 english films are there in my collection. Even though I make such medium quality DVDs, I want to buy those original DVDs when I come to a position when I can spend that much money.
I'm proud of my porn collection 
I think I have about 50 in dvd and divx together.
I only keep the good ones that i know i'll watch again and again.
Or the ones I can use in a project or know that some other people will like.

Ya that is a good point.
But there are people madly collect DVDs, and not realizing that they maynot even watch them again.I dont have hundreds but love tarentino stuff
I dont have hundreds but love tarentino stuff. Pulp Fiction is my alltime favorite. I think you get it and love it or you dont.
I have about 50 DVDs or so, I think. 
Mostly scifi or really odd comedies...with some good drama mixed in. And a movie called "Dark City" that's just...freaky. I got that one for a class I took; doesn't really seem to fit with the rest of my collection. lol.
Oh, and aside from movies, I have several TV collections on DVD. The majority are SciFi there, also. go figure Counting TV series and anime DVDs? Probably in the neighborhood of 800-900 (I haven't counted recently, and I'm constantly acquiring new ones.)
I AM curious though, how this thread suddenly became about how much stolen property people have. You guys that have Divx movies don't OWN anything.

lol my movie library has about 500 movies at tha moment! about 480 of those 500 would be VHS tapes so im slowly replacing them with DVDs

Yeah, I'll bet the companies you're stealing from think it's hilarious too. Why do people feel the need to brag about how much/many videos they've downloaded from the internet?!I download a lot of movies from a newsserver. You can find a lot of new and old movies posted.
To know what is posted I use the site www.x2l.nl (it's a dutch forum where people announce their posts). There will be similar sites dedicated to the english language.
