I'm sorry but isn't it obvious. You have probably not followed important forum rules or they banned the wrong person, which is not very likely. They probably did it by your IP address so if your not connected via dial-up then you won't be able to register again.
I bet you wished you followed the rules now, eh?
If you already had an account on this forum, then you were probably banned before. Otherwise, someone with the same ip as yours could have been banned.
Erm, it's an account ban.
If it's an IP ban, he can't even view this forum nor even post here to say that he has been banned.
