Battlefront 2 Graphics Problem

Have any of you experienced a critical error when playing battlefront 2 on an ATI card? I get the blue error screen, and PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA with the driver at fault being ati3duag.dll?????
Anyone?
