[JS?] variable length of iframe

jasperlevink
Hello folks!

I'm wondering wheter it is possible to get the size of a div or any other element in a page that has to be loaded in a particular iframe. Problem is that the size of the div can change due to dynamical content. So the length property is not set.

Is this possible?
Thanks.

Hi.

Ypu could look at the style properties, height and width. They should hold the current size of a div or any other object.

I aso had a similar doubt: Can i get the file source of the page loaded in iFrame?
holadola
It depends.

If the iFrame belongs to the same domain as the page trying to access it you could access all objects in the DOM, otherwise all such data is protected.
