on my site i have a php guestbook, but the time isnt right. if u post at 15.00 its says something like 08.00. i am on server 2. is it a guestbook problem or a server time problem?

It most likely takes the server time, which isn't the same as yours. (there are different time zones in the world SunburnedCactus
I used to be in sync with the server time, now it's an hour ahead.

thought you lived in nl too? or do you have the servers somewhere else hosted? Bondings
They are hosted in the US. The first server is set on GMT+1, the second server is still set on the default time zone till I find where to change it. n0obie4life
You can change it through PHP scripts
And, the timezone there is -0600 if I do remember correctly. devroom
I am a php noob so i dont know anything of the codes. i only know html, so what do i have to change to make the time right for in nl. or better, the scripts checks where you live and change the times. (posted in US @ 8.00 time @ computer in NL 15.00 (or something)) Does some1 know? Related topics
