If the source of the mixed music is a commercial song, (like britney spears or whatever) and you don't own the copyright of it, then it's not allowed.

and what if i upload it on rapidshare (or an other uploader) and put a link in a forum topic on my site.. is it legal then?

No, not even when you put it on the moon.
To host music you need to 1) own the complete copyright and 2) have received a written permission from me in the 'request an account change' forum.
