U.S. Border Patrol agents were backed down this week by armed men, dressed in what appeared to be Mexican military uniforms and carrying military weapons, who seized a captured dump truck filled with marijuana from the U.S. agents and dragged it across the border into Mexico with a bulldozer.
The border incident occurred Thursday evening when Border Patrol agents attempted to pull over a dump truck on Interstate 10 in Hudspeth County, Texas. The driver fled from the agents, exiting the freeway and driving toward the Rio Grande which runs within 2 miles of the interstate in this portion of West Texas.

If this turns out to be true, it could be just what the US needs to finally get that damn fence along the borders finished. What can I say, this looks to be complete nonsense.
There are a few reasons why I say this:
1) The "News" site that it comes from looks more like MySpace than CNN
2) There is no real quantification of events, an absence of facts, making it look more like the beginning to a novel.
3) What would Mexico gain from attacting the US?

1) That's why I say IF it's true. 
2) Check some of the linked stories, but in general, agree with you.
3) I doubt it would be a sanctioned event. More likely, corrupt Mexican Army using their uniforms and equipment to get back what we've taken from them.fence? no, I want a jerusalem style wall, a mine field, and turrets
Is it truest? I wont believe it.
They say that illegal Mexicans coming over the border in Mexico is problem. Maybe it is an opportunity.
Las Vegas was a city built in a DESERT. Imagine that.
If they can build a city there why can't they build one or two on the Mexican border?
The cities would have housing, jobs (building the city) and they could have a place where they allow the Mexicans to become legal citizens and vice versa.
They could even have one road ( or very few) going North into the city and one (or few) going north out of the city. This way they could control the flow of traffic and make sure everyone is legal.
All problems are opportuities turne around. Big problem, Big opportunity.
Why doesn't America just take offer all of North America and that would solve alot, but then again I hate the spanish langage. If the mexicans had the millitary power i think that they would invade us. opps thats already happening.

It was probobly just some mexican soldiers who saw an opportunity.
They did get themselves a LOT of weed (and a truck), and they are not likely to be arrested for it.
I highly doubt this is true, but something like this should not be considered impossible. Illegal immigration is the number one problem in this country, second only to ignorant welfare parasites. The US needs to do a massive search and deportation of illegals, built a "Great Wall of China" style wall across the southern border, and post guards with high power automatic weaponry. Mexico needs to be wiped off the planet.
