I need a layout in a football (soccer) style, i was wondering if someone could make it for me, i dont matter if it sliced or not, but i prefer i dont need to link back to your site, we could talk about the price.

You should try to look for people that posted about making layouts first. They already have set prices depending on what you are asking for.
