Restoring Phpbb Backup

I am new to the site, as well as to the world of Phpbb
The problem i am facing is about Restoring Phpbb backup - I have made backup and now i am thinking of switching sites

However, i am completely illetrate with using PhpMyAdmin so i am hopeful that someone will provide a step by step instruction to restore Phpbb backup
