password problem

well yesterday, i resetted my password since i forgot my password.. so there.. i got my new password. unfortunately i wasn't able to change it 'coz my connection suddenly disconnected me... next i tried the reset password again and somehow the email never arrived, i tried several times but it still doesn't work. with this i can't log-in in cpanel as well as my ftp... please help
