I don't know what to say. It never happened to me. 
i've never seen that either. what version of firefox are you running?
i'm having a pretty unique experiance with firefox. if i have it open for more than 20 minutes, it prompts to download firefox 1.5...
...I must have downloaded it 20 times in the past week. its getting obnoxious cause i don't have any other option when it prompts. it's either install now, or install next time firefox is opened.

Well that sucks, but no I have never seen that window before. Everything works great for me.
