suggestions for variables to predefine on each PHP page?

sailor69
To build my site framework in PHP, I am using

Code:

<title><?php echo $pagetitle ?></title>

for the title in the tab, where I define $pagetitle before the include statement. It worked.

However, I have not yet decided on the location of my menu and logo relative to the page title seen within the browser page, and I think will put up links to featured news and posts near the top as well.

I am hoping others could suggest other variables and example sites. Right now, I will probably go with just $mainheader and $subheader.

Why don't you use PHP frameworks like yii2, cakePHP3 or any other for building your site.
