I am sure that such a device exsits but you could get a phone with GPs and a custome cracket for mounting it on the bike. I don't personally know of anything with a screen but I have formatted maps for a company that does GPS tracking.

Microsoft Made a Awesome Product Called Streets and Trips GPS Edition.
You need a laptop and you plug this small inch by inch gps receiver with wire into your usb.. stick it up on the window and within seconds you have several gps satelites tracking your position. It cost me $99 for the 2005 edition but they released the 2006 edition a week after for $25 more and that has turn by turn instructions. Also a note their is on 2005 NO Sound Feature which may be dangerous,..
