How to begin with hosting my own Domain Name?

I have do my best to search for such infomation about setting up to use my own domain name - but failed.

So would please n0obie4life or any one else who knew the know how.

My DNS Setting page is totally uncontrollable!

And also, there is not any info to tell me how to handle it etc.
