Protect files from accidentally getting Deleted

Hi

I store data on a flash drive. I add and delete files in this drive all the time. Some files are very important and I am worried I might delete them by mistake.

I would like to have a directory in this flash drive where I can store these files that forces me to input my password before it lets me delete this directory any of the files within it.

Is this possible and how can I do it..

I have used this -> How to Create a Password Protected Folder without any Extra Software.

First create a folder that will house your password protected folder.
Navigate into your newly created folder and create a new Text Document locker.bat.

After that follow the orders in the link.
