Yeah i saw the game, but Australia was lucky though
Guus Hiddink (Coach of Australia and PSV) had a busy time though
he had only a couple of weeks to train Australia, so he did a good job.
yea, nice play by them.. I saw the penalties.. they got luck there.. but in soccer.. you need sometimes luck
i saw the game thought it was the most suspenseful game because i never seen either team play so i didnt know who was better
You don΄t know how i feel happy when i descovered this Result
Australia merits this result, Eliminated Uruguay, one of the Brazil Rivals.
Now is Ball Ahead and see what too long Australia gotta goes
australia had play very well in the game and they suppose to get a place in the competition!
well done hinddink!
I think Guus did an absolute awesome job in training our national soccer team to reach the very high standards of international football; and be a competitive force. Nonetheless, the Australian team of 2006 boasted a wide range of talent, most of which is tied up in the English premier league for the footy season. It was a shame our team wasn't at full strength when playing the Italians,as well as that penalty going against us in the final minutes of the game; but, I guess that's just football. Better luck at the 2010 worldcup. GO AUSSIES!!!
