Ive seen something like this on www.******.com . But i have a another concept: Create a new category "WARNED&BANNED" with subs of "warned for spamming" ; "warned for hosting infringements" and "banned for spamming" ; "banned for hosting infringements". That way there are more destinct seperation of the four and the mods/admins could only add names in the different posts making it much easier to admin the whole warn&ban thing! njoy!
