www.newegg.com has great prices and even better customer service if you don't want to have to deal with checking up with each company to see if they are legit or not. Personally I would go for the 9800pro but it is refurbished so you may have to send it in for an exchange if it is bad.

You might consider what application type you're going to be using it on. For example, a gaming computer would benefit with one kind of card, where a 3d rendering engine (parasolid data for example) would require a different kind of card. It's been my experience that an ATI card will not play well with some CAD/CAM or other 3d rendering apps, but might be suitable for a 'gaming' machine.
