You can add your friend as admin at your phpBB forum. Login to your Administration Panal in your forum. Under User Admin, click Management then enter your friend username. Scroll to the bottom, set the Rank Title to Admin.
I tried it but my friend still dont have Cpanel to login though his rank is admin, help me

Phpbb is totally independant from cpanel. To let him access cpanel you should give him your password, which I wouldn't recommand.

and I thought it was capital "I" not "i".
come on, we are all entitled to an occasional typo (and other mistakes).
I don't think it should bother anyone too much.
u can give full access without giving u'r password...go to permitions and search for u'r friend nickname and then at the top u'll see something like site admin...thats where u can give full acess to u're friend
stay well
stay well

I think Astrolopitecos was going the right way.
He was talking about phpBB administration panel.
because I don't see any option in cPanel for doing what he says to do.
anyways, for anyone coming in late to the topic it will get confusing, so I repeat...this topic is about phpBB administration, not about cPanel.
Astrolopitecos was correct yes.
full procedure would be:
User Admin
Management
Search for your friends username (check spelling
)
select "Look Up user"
Once in your friend's profile, go to the bottom where you will see a "Rank Title" option with a drop down box
select Site Admin
Be Well
P.S. - before replying, try and read what has been said before....

Ah, I understand now. He said phpBB cPanel, refering to the administration panel in phpBB. My mistake.

Yup this is the actually way to add admin. Bockman's instructions only make the user rank to admin but no admin power.
