hopefully those domains will be used for 'science' not .conjobs as so many .com are.
I think it's great that there are so many more domains that are available on different types of endings instead of just .com It opens up so many more possibilities for everyone, especially since all the important .coms are taken already, and everyone has to be more creative. i'm actually surprised that the number of domains is still so high because I would assume soon after the internet has been created there would very soon be a shortage of domain names. ALthough I guess many sites still haven't run out of user names, but those are a lot easier to make different combinations of.
Anyone know how much it will cost after the first year for renewal ? Because in past I have seen so many free offers like this with insane renewals chargers after the free period.
Is it free domain hosting site?
I think that currently the price is set at £ 0.33. It's pretty cheap but no saying how much the cost will rise to for the second year and the years after that. But whatever domain name that I choose is all premium names and I have to make an offer for them.
You can sign up for multiple years. The second year costs about 16 pounds; after that there's a slight discount for a longer term. I didn't check how much the coupon reduced the price of a multi-year registration, but I assume it will only eliminate the first year charge.
Damn looks like I missed this good stuff
Coming from a big science fan, and scientist, I will definitely have to look into this! Sounds like a great opportunity thanks for the heads up!
