It may be clearly influenced by Marvin's classic, but the similarity is too obvious. Since Robin & Pharrel did not give the credits, the arrangement can be viewed as a plagiarism.

I am not voting. Sam Smith got "caught" late last year for similarity with Tom Petty. As a song writer, I must now rethink everything I compose.
