I have webhosting account on this site.
I want to know that can I change my Nameserver??

I want to setup my e-mail account, and my mail service provider given me their Nameserver address and told me to change nameserver where I hosted my site.

so it is possible to change nameserver in this account??

I think you can change your MX record

Nope you can't. All these (email clients) are using frihost 's nameservers.

I think niceboy is right,
you can change your MX records to the third party nameservers, and that way you'll be able to delegate the mail handling responsibility to this third party mail service provider's servers.

If (and most probably) you are on the cPanel server, look for "Modify MX Entry" in your cPanel page.
