frihost-suspended domain

sudipbanerjee
While I am trying to open frihost.com by previous history or directly written the website it is showing that:

''This account has been suspended.
Either the domain has been overused, or the reseller ran out of resources.''

But after searching frihost from google I opened http://www.frihost.com/forums/ and its working as normal as before.

What is the problem?
badai
your dns not updated maybe.
grofet
I think it's normal. Maybe frihost hosting account is running out of bandwidth, hard disk space, memory overuse or cpu overuse. Getting suspended overuse of server resource is normal for me. Just move the server to other server or pay additional cost to buy more resource is solution for the trouble like that.

I have encounter it also in my area. Usually what i did is comeback later if it works.

That is why i random post here. Its because i cannot access the frihost..

Perhaps needs expansion and additional DNS to make more accessible around the globe.

That looks about right to me too. A good bet. Must be one of the little tweaks that Bondings didn't get to after the migration from US to Germany.

Still it is happening. how it will be solved?

I believe forums and main page might be using different accounts. Main web site might be out of BW

Forum is active. But the main page is still suspended domain.

Not where I am. I'm almost certain it has to do with DNS that needs to be tweaked by Bondings.

Should we manually update the DNS?

I think its automatic recognition on your area where you live in.

I suspect it is the way the name servers have been set up. It could still happen if you tried Frihost on a different computer in your area as the problem hasn't been solved yet.

Quote:
Your name servers returned 2 NS records:

ns1.frih.org. TTL=14400 [144.76.111.228] [NO GLUE6]
ns2.frih.org. TTL=14400 [64.120.224.219, 144.76.111.228, 144.76.111.248] [NO GLUE6]

FAIL: While quering domain's records, some of your name servers didn't responded. Name servers which didn't responded:

udp4:64.120.224.219

Name servers are dispersed on 2 different C class networks:

144.76.111.0/24:
ns1.frih.org.
ns2.frih.org.
ns2.frih.org.
64.120.224.0/24:
ns2.frih.org.

Name servers should be dispersed (topologically and geographically) across the Internet to avoid risk of single point of failure (RFC 2182).
