A Question Regarding the Points System and Accounts

Before requesting for a Frihost hosting account, I had one question regarding the Points System and Accounts. My question is, "if one requests for a hosting account with, let's say, 23 points, will their points reset back down as if they were only at five, which is the proper hosting request point amount?"

Does that make sense? I'd like to know because my other host has such a problem.

No, there is no startup ceiling on the points.
Your points are carried over, as is.

But the points are reset daily to 45 if you have more than that at the end of the day.
