Reduce Joomla Load Time

Lets Say you Joomla template Consists of Alot of Images and module How would one go on reducing the time it takes for the template to load from te server

ive heared it could be done but i cant find anything on it?

For me, i do uninstall modules and extension which are not necessary or in used. Most of the picture is corrected with the resolution need. (because sometimes we just store high resolution of image then adjust in Joomla it self).

I also do adjust the SEO and SEF enable to make more faster - this also helps.

I also check my folders and delete sample Joomla data because it not in used.

I also delete articles that are not in use.

Only the used ones i have load on my Joomla site.

I used Jch optimize and i have seen changes in my page speed and yslow analysis. Speed increases drasticaly!
