What do you think about my new custom built rig?

Ok, so here I was still stuck with a 9-year old Pentium 4 PC. I was very desperate to buy a new rig but my dad wasn't giving me much bucks to spare. So I made my new rig for under $350!

To give you a rough idea, I writing down the stuff I will be doing with this pc so you can compare the specs to my requirements.
1. Some school work like document, spreadsheet or presentation
2. Some gaming but not hard-core! I will just be playing games like NFS Underground or Most Wanted (2005), GTA SanAndreas, Half Life 2, Battlefield 1942 etc.
3. Snappy performance. The rig should run multiple applications easily without hanging.
4. Smooth web browsing. It should easily handle 15 tabs maximum.
5. Watching 720p movies.

The specs are:

CPU- Intel Core i3-4130 @ 3.4 Ghz

Mother Board- Gigabyte GA-H81M-S1

RAM- Simmtronics 4GB DDR3 1333 Mhz

HDD- Seagate ST500DM002-1BD142 ATA Device -- 500 GB 7200 rpm

GPU- None. Because of low budget, I decided to stick with the Intel HD4400 integrated Graphics.

Case- Zebronics Nice

PSU- Stock part came which came with the cabinet.

Optical Drive- LG Internal DVD/CD Drive

Please rate this rig according to the requirements that I specified above. I know some people will say that I should have gone with the AMD lineup but say it my loyalty towards Intel or anything that I chose the i3. i5 was also a good option but it was out of my budget and overkill for my needs too. Anyway the i3-4130 is a pretty solid chip too.
