Is there a maximum limit for our brain??...I have exams approaching and i m studying hard after a long time..i am not able to study continuously...when i continuously study i fell a slight little pain in my head why does it happen??anybody have any ideas??
There could be many factors. Maybe you are tired, maybe you need food or water, or maybe you are just not used to study hard. Your body (including the brain) adapt to better handle what it's doing. If you use to run 5 miles 3 times a week but then you all of a sudden run 12 miles 6 times in one week it's only natural if your legs feel tired and sore. I think it could be similar to what's happening to your brain. Instead of doing a lot of studying in the last days before the exams it's better if you could spread out the studying more evenly over the whole course, but I know it's not easy to motivate oneself to do that.
