FOX and Sarah Palin praise Putin, attack Obama

The RW response to Putin's attack on Ukraine is to attack Obama.

That's kinda of normal. I mean Fox News is anti Obama all the way. I wouldn't expect more or less from them..... Smile

This wasn't the first time pundits have sunk so low as to use the "Mom jeans attack". It was used before on Mitt Romney.

Only moms can wear jeans. Just be happy that they can't use that "attack" on Hillary, unless they call her jeans "Dad Jeans" or something.

Why is Obama involved in the Ukraine? Why is the US meddling in the Ukraine? Playing Globe Cop again? With so very little power, doesn't all of the Obama/Kerry diplomatic manouvres make for meaningless posturing and negotiations?

We're "America, the mall cop", "America, the global nanny". Or "America, the harshly worded letter to the editor" Smile

It's probably the same reason why most politicians do things.

1. To be relevant
2. To be given credit for doing something while doing nothing
3. To give the media something to report to try to deflect the public from the real problems going on. Something in between their very important Justin Bieber hourly updates.

Oh.. i dont know that FOX news is anti OBAMA. Most current affairs i watch is CNN, Aljazera and BBC. I never watch FOX news i find it old reporting and the color of studio is too much blue.

I like to get my TV free so only look at channels that are available for free on Nilesat dish. Fox News is a paid channel, so never get to see it. Ironically Fox and Fox Movies are free. For now any way. But probably if one looks at all the advertisements it carries, not as free. It is definitely a very successful business.

I don't watch as much news as I used to, but if I do I am able to bet BBC. CNN is of the worst, but it does carry some regular highlights and is doing a great coverage of the Malaysian Airlines missing flight.

While I don't often agree with Fox news I do on this point. Just like Deanhills stated Ukraine is really none of our concern. Unless of course you consider that this is just a step one of many in the destruction of the petrodollar, and that if that was to happen the US would be screwed.

The Ukraine fiasco and all the different players is really just a fight over world dominance. Russia likes the old world view of controlling a country through force. The EU and US have and still do manipulate and control countries via currency, and loan guarantees.

Neither the initial overthrow in Ukraine or the whole Crimea annexation bit was legal. I find it really amusing to see that the pro-EU protestors took over government buildings and it was cool, but when the pro-Russians protestors do it suddenly they are terrorists!

Well what do you expect when you elect a Community Organizer as Commander in Chief? The man has no real experience in anything substantial. In America, the idiot voters might be fooled (and the media), but not Putin.

Elections have consequences.

At least you proved my point-- mindless right wingers in the USA, blinded by their irrational Obama Derangement Syndrome, praise Putin.

In some ways I agree with you, in that the Europe, the European Union, and the UN should be doing more so the US doesn't have to. On the other hand, someone has to stand up to a wannabe Czar dictator of Russia as he invades sovereign nations in his made empire dream of "New Russia."
