That's easy to understand. He's somewhat unortodox, so to speak.
An amazing sport it is, even if it's very seldom I get a chance to see it now a days.
Working the wrong hours and doesn't have the right TV-channels at home.
Anyhow, I've heard it been said that this is the most complicated ball-sport around,
and without getting further in to that I sure can appresiate it. The concentration,
often through all of the game, is unbelivable! The people playing in the elite is just doing that perfect
demonstration over and over again. Breathtaking.
Only bad thing is that it's a bit 'stuck up', wich earlier mentioned O'Sullivan does something about.
Lots of fines for that, though, and I do belive women wount be allowed in the fine halls for
quite some time. Too bad, but it isn't the only sport with this problem.
hi all
i like to play snooker but not professional yet. however, i could be better as a beginner, coz i practice alot at computer. moreover, snooker is harder to play than bilyard, i like to play pool rather than snooker, coz the table is so big and long.
anyone want to try play with me??
im waiting the requests.

snooker is great to watch. i would like to play it but there is no snooker table in my place or anywhere near so i play pool all the time. my favourite snooker player is ronnie o`sullivan
My favorite was Hunter, but...
I am dealing with the same problem. There are not tables. The main problem is that te pool tables are cheap to make. The snooker ones need special adaptations. The surface needs to be streached each day.

Who will now have a chance to hunt for Ronnie?
Here in Vaasa we got the same problem, no snooker tables. But I've heard that when the new bowling hall will be built, there will be snooker and pool tables there also.
It will be fun to try it out. It looks so easy on the tv, but I'm sure it won't be that easy. The players that we see on the tv only makes it look so easy.
My favourite have always been Stephen Hendry and the peoples champion Jimmy White and ofcourse, the only guy from Finland Robin Hull.

You can be sure of that!
The pockets are 1.4 times the size of the diameter of the ball, and the tables huuge.
Some call it worlds most difficult ball.sport, for obvious reasons.
WEll I like to play Snooker and to see Snooker as well.
There is championsheap now In Scotland.
Hope that Osulliven will take it...
best player for me.

Ding is a good player...He won against Ronnie.
Snooker tables are primarily popular with extreme snooker enthusiasts as the difficulty will increase with table size, and a simple game of snooker can always be played on a standard pool billiards table. However, to truly play the game the way it was intended, the larger snooker table is a must.
Once you've installed a snooker table, you will likely want to look at having a mounted scoring board in order to keep track of your scoring. Snooker is a game of strategy and skill! If you've got the floor space, snooker tables may be the best choice for you. I recommend that you visit a local bar and test drive some snooker tables versus some pool tables to see what you feel more comfortable with.
Snooker is played the same way as pool physically, but is a fair bit different in terms of rules, table size, strategy and the types of balls used. Table sizes come as big as 12' x 6', and can have as many as 8 legs. There are 15 red balls, a cue, and 6 other colored balls (green/yellow/brown/blue/pink/black) that have different points value and meaning. The strategy of snooker is to disallow your opponent from striking the ball he intends.
The winner is the player with the most points from sinking balls and fouls once the table has been cleared.
