This tut took me ages to write as it is so detailed.

Ok Here we go.
Befor I start this is what the after result is.

lol first of all we will need paint as it is the best for pixel boxes, so open up micrsoft paint and make a new image with the size 732x577 you can change the size by going Image> Attributes then change the size.
Go to the lien tool and selecet the second size down and make a full box and the border then choose the one pixel line tool and go around it so in total its 3 pixels.
Ok we want to measure out the sizes so do what is done in the picm make a 5 pixel line.

Now that we have that we want to draw the inner border so select the two pixel line tool and draw what is shown in the picture.

Time to add the banner box.
Draw a 123 pixel line going down as shown in the pic link below.

Select the border at the bottom and paste it just below the lines we just drawed so its not over lapping it nor seperated from it.
With the nav make a 151 pixel line going across and select the side border and past it next to it so its not overlapping nor seperated from it.
Here Is An Example Of What I have Just Done
now earse the measure ments below and with the left over space below the nav put a stats box as show in the link below.
Here It Is.
Now We Should Have 4 boxes, a Banner Box, Nav Box, Stats Box and Content Box.
Now save it and open it up in photoshop, then select the border blank spot like the link below.
Here
Now grab the gradeint tool and have the two colors selected like below (Note You Dont Have To Use Those Two Colors But It Wouldnt Be Called Army Green Layout if you didnt ;P
Now drag on a dieaganel angel and your done.
Time to slice
when slicing name each slice.
and for banner name it head.
Do the slicign that I have done below.

Then file. Save Optamised As and name it.
