Does anyone know how to create a roll over menu? Its the kind of menu where if you roll your mouse over a text box another menu appear. That is just so you know what I'm talking about.

You can use flash to create rollover menus too.
Photoshop actually can create rollovers as well. try it out.
Adobe Imageready is good for creating web images. You could use that too.
Then use DHTML, Javascript, Java or Flash to create the menu structure.

I just tried out that w3schools menu example in firefox, and it looks like its not compatible with firefox at all. firefox wasn't able to render anything. I'm guessing that its only for IE.
