Software to remind me for a break

windhw
Is there a software to remind me for break? For example , pop up a dialog every 40 minutes and I'll go out for break.

You could probably Google it. Here's what I found:

There are many many apps that can do it. On the PC, if you're running win8, look for some metro apps with "clock" in the name. They'll show a warning at the top right corner of your desktop.

But maybe you could only let the built-in app in your smartphone do the job. What do you think?

you can use desktopalarm, dektoptimer or selfitalarm. If you use Windows7, you can do it without any other software with Task Scheduler. Check this for reference : http://www.howtogeek.com/120566/how-to-create-a-repeating-alarm-in-windows-7-without-extra-software/?PageSpeed=noscript
